About us

The Land Studio, Inc. is a landscape architecture and land planning firm based in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.
The owners of The Land Studio Inc., Doug and Julie Pratte, have been working as land planners and landscape architects in the Roaring Fork Valley and Colorado River Valley since 1986.
Our current work includes limited development / conservation oriented planning, garden and park design, site design, large-scale community planning, and large-scale master planning.
We work in collaboration with other design professionals in a process oriented team approach to planning, site design, and landscape architecture.
It is our belief that a combination of strong inventories, comprehensive analysis, and an imaginative approach to design produces inventive and interpretive design solutions for our clients.
